Molly joined the Apparo team as Development Coordinator in August 2024. With a strong background in hospitality, she brings a passion for creating positive impacts and fostering meaningful experiences in her community. Molly earned her BA in Environmental Studies and BS in Geography with a concentration in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

locating from New Jersey to Charlotte in 2014, Molly quickly became captivated by the city’s dynamic growth and development. Her enthusiasm for community involvement, environmental stewardship, and supporting small businesses has only deepened over the years. Now, stepping into the nonprofit sector, Molly is eager to apply her skills and dedication to furthering Apparo’s mission.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys playing tennis, attending yoga classes, exploring new local restaurants, and spending time with her family and her rescue dog, Maggie.
