Leigh Ann Hall
Fundraising Manager

Leigh Ann brings more than 20 years of experience, primarily in the national non-profit space leading on organizational change, program management, strategic planning, and cross-functional fundraising. Her career started with business consulting at Accenture, LLP. After obtaining a Master of Public Health, she worked at a boutique policy and communications firm before enjoying more than 18 years with Share Our Strength where she held several leadership roles. Leigh Ann was involved in every facet of advancing the Cooking Matters program. During her leadership she developed and directed national program strategy which included growing the nationwide partner network to more than 150, overseeing $3.5M in capacity building and growth grant programs, directing multiple business product innovations, a strategic refresh, 30+ remote team restructure and driving execution that resulted in increased reach and measures of impact. While at Share Our Strength she worked with executives and colleagues across the organization as a strategic thought partner, program lead in funder relationships, facilitate donor cultivation & customized stewardship, craft pitches, develop proposals & reports, and responsible management of organization’s restricted revenue. She's a trained Coach and Spiritual Director who values curiosity, learning, and connection. She finds joy in cold-morning runs, concocting in the kitchen, long treks (spiritually and physically), and seeing what her youngest daughter will wear each day.
