DivergentIT’s Matthew Galimi trains Charlotte nonprofit on Microsoft 365 and Adobe, fostering a cohesive and collaborative team environment
Training Topic: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Adobe – Basic to Moderate
Veterans Bridge Home (VBH) connects Veterans and their families, in any state of transition, to the community. Through their network of partners, they help Veterans navigate employment, create social connections, and settle their families. They look at the whole Veteran and connect them to the resources needed to be successful and thriving leaders in our community.
Recently, VBH has undergone significant growth, experiencing their staff size double. In order to support their expanding workforce, the organization would like to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members and bring all 40+ staff members to a common baseline of expertise. To achieve this, they would like to provide training to employees to help them leverage the tools and technology used on a daily basis more effectively.
Apparo connected the organization with Matthew Galimi, who will provide the team with training on a range of Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams from beginner to intermediate-level tips and tricks. Additionally, the training will include instruction on Adobe software. Through Apparo’s Team Training program, the goal is to bolster the understanding of these features and utilize them to increase productivity and efficiencies. This comprehensive nonprofit team training will not only bolster staff’s individual skills, but also foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment.
