Skilled volunteers from Duke Energy are helping identify a the best CRM application to manage client data for nonprofit Family Mankind.
Family Mankind is a victim’s services agency that protects & serves the most innocent & vulnerable citizens, victims, & survivors, by working with individuals who participate in violent & traumatic behavior, so that ALL citizens can be safe & live a trauma free life.
They came to Apparo for support in finding a better way to track and manage their client data. Apparo has matched them to a volunteer team from Duke Energy who will assess their current processes for collecting and managing client data, document and prioritize business and software requirements, conduct marketplace research to determine software available to meet the requirements, set up and facilitate demos by software vendors, and recommend the best solution to implement.
