As the head of architecture and systems development at ACN, Yemi Mateola mentors senior technology leaders and architects to drive digital transformation efforts for the North America telecom systems and global platforms including customer experience and business owner compensation systems.

Yemi began his technology career in the UK in the late-eighties as a programmer and quickly progressed through project leadership and technology consulting in the US.  Yemi served in senior leadership roles in major US companies including JC Penney, Southwest Airlines, and Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, where he served for over ten years.

Yemi is a strategic thought leader, with the ability to leverage technology innovation to drive the delivery of enterprise business systems partnering across various organizational units on a local and global scale.

He received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Lagos and completed post-graduate computing and advanced database courses at Birkbeck College, University of London.  Yemi is passionate about serving the community and empowering others. He is married with a son and daughter and lives in Waxhaw, NC.
