Wendy joined Hayward in 2023 to spearhead the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence within Hayward's Finance organization. With a wealth of experience as a visionary data and analytics leader, Wendy has successfully executed large-scale data and analytics transformation programs across diverse industries, including financial services and life sciences, in both the public and private sectors. She holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from George Washington University, a Master of Arts in Accounting from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
