She is the founder and chair for Women in Agile, Charlotte Metro group which focuses on bringing women and allies together to learn and share all things Agility. She is also the chapter lead for a DBG and a mentor at a nonprofit. In her personal life, She is a lifestyle blogger, wife and a mother of two kids.
