Mary Beth Ledet, an experienced IT professional and transformational business leader with a 30+ year history of delivering success with large-scale change.  A decisive and passionate leader with superior organizational, execution, relationship building and communication skills, possessing outstanding ability to remain focused on goals while reacting quickly to changes in strategic directions of the business.

From the start of her career delivering technology capabilities at Enron and Continental Airlines as a leader with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) to delivering technology capabilities at Bank of America, Mary Beth has proven experience with technical, program, project and process management delivering effective technology and business transformational solutions and accomplished in identifying and implementing process improvements that reduce cost and streamline processes by standardizing and automating repeatable processes.

Mary Beth will be celebrating 20 years with Bank of America in 2024 and is currently leading a large portfolio of digital technology change for emerging capabilities on the Bank of America Mobile app for the retail banking and investment products offered to Consumer, Small Business and Wealth clients.

She loves to volunteer for her church and community, enjoys all outdoor activities such as snow skiing, hiking, biking, water sports, and aspires to be on the “Fixer Upper” crew renovating homes.  She prioritizes living life to the fullest with her husband of 30 years, Todd, and their two children, Connor (25) and Cristen (22).
