Jim currently holds the position of Senior Director of Information Technology at Northwood Ravin, a prominent firm specializing in full-service development, construction, and property management. In this role, he reports directly to the President and CEO, David Ravin, overseeing all facets of information technology across the organization's diverse divisions.

Before venturing into the real estate sector, Jim enjoyed a highly successful career in motorsports that spanned over two decades. His expertise as an engineer, technologist, and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) contributed significantly to the success of renowned teams such as Hendrick Motorsports, Stewart Haas Racing, and, most recently, Joe Gibbs Racing. Jim's motorsports achievements include multiple NASCAR Championships, victories at the Daytona 500, and a win at the Indianapolis 500.

Jim initiated his career trajectory with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University, laying the foundation for his subsequent accomplishments.
