As the Head of DevOps Engineering and Operations, Aaron Pierce is responsible for the strategy, design, and operations of the company’s enterprise development systems, the agile platforms, and testing tools. In this role Aaron leads a global team focused on the seamless integration of multiple systems in the context of providing a great experience for the development teams across multiple lines of business.  He is also an advisory board member for three prominent software companies.

Prior to this Aaron worked at the Wachovia Corporate Investment Bank and spent seven years as a National Solution leader with IBM focused on leading complex infrastructure designs, implementations, and autonomic initiatives. 

In his free time Aaron enjoys reading, playing tennis, and trying to keep up with his adult children on their backpacking trips.
