Jaime Carter, Vice President of Corporate IT, is responsible for the technical and functional delivery of platforms supporting Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory functions within Cencora. In this role, she oversees the implementation of IT projects that align with the organization's business strategy and drive optimal value. Jaime works closely with key stakeholders to ensure that technology solutions effectively support legal operations, compliance initiatives, and regulatory requirements. Her focus is on leveraging innovative technologies to enhance efficiency and enable seamless collaboration across these critical areas.

Prior to this role, Ms. Carter served as a key leader within Lash Group’s Business Transformation team, a dedicated group of experts and leaders from Lash Group, AmerisourceBergen and industry leading strategic partners with deep experience to stabilize, modernize and optimize Lash Group’s next generation technology platform. This transformational effort was honored by the receipt of the Charlotte Business Journal’s Top 40 under 40 award. She also helped develop and execute Lash Group’s future IT run state model to support new client launches, post migration support, incident management, service management and overall service delivery.

With almost 20 years of experience in patient services, Ms. Carter has spent most of her career focused on the development of new products and services that make up the Lash Group product roadmap and innovation pipeline.

Ms Carter earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Presbyterian College.
