Ivy Chin is the Senior Vice President, Chief Digital and Technology Officer at the Sherwin-Williams Company. Ivy joined Sherwin-Williams in 2020 to accelerate digital transformation and brings outstanding experience and expertise to this position. She most recently served as EVP, Chief Digital and Technology Officer at American Tire Distributors (ATD). In this role, Ivy focused on unifying ATD’s technology and digital ecosystems, including B2B, B2C, and B2B2C platform. Ivy and her team were focused on delivering a digitally enabled associate and customer experience. Ivy has an extensive retail digital background – she previously served as Senior Vice President, Digital at PetSmart Inc. Prior to that role, she served as Senior Vice President of eCommerce for Belk Inc. for nearly seven years. Prior to her time at Belk, she served 14 years in various eCommerce and IT roles at QVC and spent 3 years in IT role at CertainTeed Corporation.

Ivy is a current board member of REI, an American retail and outdoor recreation services corporation; and previously board member for Apparo, Leadership Charlotte, Central Piedmont Community College Foundation, Classroom Central, and Women in Retail Leadership Circle. Ivy’s honors include Charlotte CIO of the Year ORBIE Award Global Finalist, National Diversity Council’s “Most Powerful Women in Tech,” Chain Store Age magazine’s "Top 10 Women in Retail Tech,” Charlotte Business Journal’s "Women in Business” and Drexel University’s "Alumni Circle of Distinction Award." She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Drexel University.
