Ben Hall is the Global CIO of Krispy Kreme. In this role, he has responsibility for the core IT functions for Corporate, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods, Supply Chain, Online and Delivery for the US as well as the 1200+ International locations for the company. He finds ways using technology to enable Krispy Kreme to be the Most Loved Sweet Treat Brand in the world!
Ben gets his energy from innovating and finding ways to be the disruptor versus being disrupted, with a focus on the omni-channel customer experience. In the past, he has used these skillsets in technology leadership roles at Belk, Taco Bell, and Extended Stay America. With Ben’s more than 25 years of experience in technology, when coupled with his wide breadth of experience in various multi-unit business types, he is able to provide thought leadership from new and different angles.
From being raised in Ohio and attending THE Ohio State University, Ben is also an avid Buckeye fan and a partner in a chain of barbeque restaurants located in Columbus.
