To help our nonprofit partners during these uncertain times, Apparo is hosting a weekly Navigating the Crisis webinar via Zoom. This week we covered Crisis Communications With Your Board.
In this webinar, Andi Stevenson, Principal of Stevenson Wallace, takes us through the topic. There are three major steps to communicating with your Board in a time of crisis:
- Clarifying the current state of your organization
- Considering which scenarios could unfold
- Sequencing critical decisions
Give the webinar a watch below! By the end of the discussion, you will be better equipped to leverage your Board as a support system in times of crisis.
Be sure to also check out our Nonprofit Resources page. This has other information your nonprofit will find useful as we navigate the current crisis.
