Sree Ratnasinghe is a customer-obsessed and results-driven cloud executive with over two decades' experience leading global technology organizations focused on enterprise adoption of emerging technology, cloud, and solution architectures. She thrives at the intersection of Customers, Cloud Solutions Architecture, and Organizational leadership.

Sree is Director of North America Customer Solutions Management (CSM) for AWS. Sree and her organization guide customers on their large-scale cloud transformations, and help them accelerate business outcomes. Sree is focused on growing talent, and building a diverse and inclusive organizational culture. Previously, Sree was Director of Solutions Architecture for the AWS Southeast Area. Sree was at IBM in leadership roles including professional services, technical enablement, and emerging technology adoption.

She is a strong believer in the force multiplier effect, and enjoys a mentorship role collaborating with colleagues on their career and personal advancement. She’s passionate about organizational culture, and plus obsessed with growing and coaching the next generation of leaders. A fierce community advocate, Sree is a advisory member of WomenNC empowering gender equality, diversity and inclusion and women leaders. She is a seasoned conference speaker in forums such as IEEE Women in Engineering and WomenTech Global Network.

Sree calls Raleigh, North Carolina home. She has a master’s degree in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University.
