Sherry Graziano

Truist
Sherry Graziano is head of digital, client experience and marketing for Truist, and a member of the Truist Operating Council. Her team is responsible for delivering seamless, personalized and empowered experiences for the bank’s more than 15 million clients that attract and strengthen relationships, build community and client trust, and deliver on Truist’s purpose. Graziano is responsible for driving new household growth, deepening client engagement and activating digital adoption, which ultimately delivers shareholder outcomes. Her team is comprised of digital portfolio management; platforms and capabilities; client advocacy; client experience design and research; virtual solutions delivery; brand and enterprise marketing; digital sales and performance marketing.
Prior to her current role, Graziano led digital and care center banking for Truist. Her scope included digital commerce, servicing, client advocacy, performance optimization and responsibility for Truist Care Centers. This included daily operations of all Truist Care Centers, IVR and agent-assisted channels across more than 120 million client interactions annually. Graziano also served as the director of digital commerce for Truist, leading the implementation of innovative client-facing digital growth strategies, including retail and small business deposits, card, lending and wealth solutions. Graziano joined Truist in 2011 and has held several positions in mortgage, including retail loan consultant, sales strategist, operations and transformation leader.
Graziano has served in the banking industry for more than 20 years, including roles at PHH Mortgage, MetLife Home Loans and Bank of America. Banking Automation News named Graziano on their 2024 Executives to Watch List and the Charlotte Business Journal named her on their Top 25 Women in Business List. She has been recognized by HousingWire Magazine as a top Woman of Influence. As a spokesperson, Graziano has shared her expertise with CNBC, MSNBC, Nightly Business Review, Wall Street Journal, American Banker, National Mortgage News and Realtor.com. Under Graziano’s leadership, Truist has received numerous accolades including being named one of Fortune’s 2024 America’s Most Innovative Companies and listed as a leader on Javelin Strategy & Research Online and Mobile Scorecards, and Keynova’s Online Banking Scorecard Report.
Graziano’s personal purpose is to courageously listen to learn, live authentically in the moment, and pay it forward. She co-chairs the Generations@Truist business resource group, providing opportunities for teammates to learn from one another regardless of their generation. She was previously executive champion for the Women@Truist business resource group. She serves on the board of directors for Truist Foundation, Charlotte Apparo, and Akoya, and previously served on the board of directors at Bank Administration Institute (BAI). Sherry is a member of the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra Audience Relevance and Community Outreach Committee. She is a member of CHIEF, a network that connects female leaders, and Womens50, a division of World50, which brings together leaders to elevate impact.
Originally from Florida, Graziano earned her bachelor's degree in health and human performance from the University of Florida and a master's degree in human resource management from Rollins College.
