Michelle has over 20 years of experience working within the IT industry and is currently the VP of Client Development for Dualboot Partners, a Charlotte based product development firm. She spent 10 years in Raleigh in IT recruiting and then 12 in Charlotte in the same field. She gravitated toward start-up recruiting as she likes the challenge of helping them grow intelligently. She has many years of experience working with all sizes of firms.

Prior employers include HireNetworks, DCRI, a national personnel and employment services company, and Sapient Corporation. She was named the North Carolina Technology Association Ambassador of the Year and is a current Board of Advisor.
