Adam Boitnott is CEO and Founder of Hylaine, a project-based technology solutions provider that helps clients embrace digital transformation, while maximizing their return on investment.

Prior to starting Hylaine in 2017, Adam was the Managing Director for the Charlotte branch of CTS, a regional consulting firm headquartered in Birmingham.

Before that, he was the CIO\COO of NetVentures Corporation, a SaaS firm in Roanoke, VA, focused on the YMCA and JCC markets. After six years he successfully helped the firm exit to Daxko, who was funded by Pamlico Capital here in Charlotte.

Adam also ran Operations and Technology for eight years at Shenandoah Life Insurance, helped launch Avenade in Seattle, and started his career in Washington, DC at Anderson Consulting (now Accenture).

In addition to his professional experience, Adam is active in the community. He is the Board Chair of the Kirk Family YMCA and the Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority. He is also a youth basketball and soccer coach and Little League Baseball umpire.

Adam is husband to Dawn Boitnott, VP of Underwriting at SCOR Global Life Americas, and dad to two teenage daughters who are the namesake of Hylaine (Hylton and Maclaine).

He graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Finance.
