Scott Beach serves as the North America Technology and Digital leader for the Aurelius Group, a global alternative investment group headquartered in Munich, Germany. In this role, Scott provides full lifecycle advisory support for the North American investment portfolio. This includes due diligence, carve outs and operational transformation. He works closely with CIO and CXO leadership to create and execute IT strategy and build organizational capabilities.

Prior to Aurelius, Scott spent 5 years as VP of IT Strategy and Digital Transformation for SPX Technologies, a global industrial products firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC. In that role, he led technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across the company's portfolio of businesses and platforms. He also had responsibility for program management, merger and acquisitions as well as cloud/SaaS and artificial intelligence.

Scott’s earlier career includes 10 years driving digital services growth at TEKsystems Global Services, along with 8 years in a mix of technology and business management roles at global aerospace provider, Goodrich Corporation. Scott began his career working in enterprise portals, content management and eCommerce.

Scott holds a Bachelors of Journalism-Advertising degree from the University of Kansas as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. He is a frequent public speaker and panelist on digital transformation, customer experience and technology strategy. He resides in Wesley Chapel, NC with his wife, son and two spirited canines.
