Scott Beach serves as the VP of IT Strategy and Digital Transformation for SPX Technologies, a global industrial products firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC. Since joining in 2020, Scott has helped lead technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives across the company's portfolio of businesses and platforms. He has also played key leadership roles in program management, merger and acquisitions as well as cloud/SaaS and artificial intelligence. Scott is passionate about customer experience, product innovation and business-enabling technology.

Before joining SPX Technologies, Scott spent 10 years at TEKsystems Global Services where he co-founded its digital services business, driving growth in consulting and managed services. Prior to TEKsystems, Scott served for 8 years in a mix of technology and business management roles at Goodrich Corporation (now Raytheon). Scott began his career working in enterprise portals, content management and eCommerce.

Scott holds a Bachelors of Journalism-Advertising degree from the University of Kansas as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Wake Forest University. He is a frequent public speaker and panelist on digital transformation, customer experience and technology strategy. He resides in Wesley Chapel, NC with his wife, son and two spirited canines.
