Slalom skilled volunteers are creating a technology plan for Charlotte Speech & Hearing Center.
Charlotte Speech and Hearing Center (CSHC) is the only free-standing, nonprofit speech and hearing center in the state. Their vision is that everyone in need, regardless of income or other barriers, has access to the speech-language and hearing services they need to build their own pathways to success and to obtain a meaningful and enriched life.
Apparo has matched them to a volunteer team from Slalom who will conduct a technology assessment of the organization’s current infrastructure, operations, and security as well as technology policies. A technology plan and roadmap will be created to address infrastructure and technology pain points including a high-level security assessment. The plan will also provide a technology budget and timeline based on the recommendations.
