CIPs partner a nonprofit in need of a process and/or technology solution with volunteers to address that need. We offer in-person and virtual volunteer opportunities for teams and individuals through our CIP program. Develop technology plans, create business process assessments, guide software selection and more.

The Community Impact Project Steps
Apparo meets with a nonprofit to understand their technology and/or process improvement needs and fit for a CIP.
Apparo finds skilled volunteer(s) with the right expertise.
Apparo introduces the nonprofit to the volunteer(s) to confirm fit.
Volunteer(s) begins project work. Apparo facilitates to ensure a sustainable solution. Typical timeframe: 12-16 weeks.
Project concludes, and Apparo follows up regularly to ensure solution is maintained.
