Brenna joined the Apparo team as a Program Associate in May 2023. She is passionate about helping others efficiently and effectively accomplish their goals.

She attended The University of Georgia where she completed her BS in Psychology and Masters in Professional Counseling. After graduation, Brenna moved to Charlotte and began her work in North Carolina as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and later opened her own private practice in 2019.

Brenna has significant experience in working with children, teens, young adults, and families to support their emotional wellness and overall wellbeing. After 7 years in clinical mental health work, Brenna transitioned into project management work to affect change in her community with a more far-reaching impact. Brenna is so excited to be part of the Apparo team and create meaningful transformation in the Charlotte community.

In her free time, you can usually find Brenna enjoying time outside and soaking up all the sunshine she can get. She particularly enjoys ‘walk and talks’ on local Charlotte trails with her husband, dog (Mu), and friends. As a bit of a plant nerd, she loves any opportunity to be gardening, foraging, and hiking.
