As Apparo continues identifying growth opportunities, the organization would like to be equipped with technology tools to help ensure this growth is sustainable. Apparo currently uses a variety of tools to manage projects and processes which is time-consuming and lacks collaboration abilities. The organization would like to work with a team of experts to help them identify a tool that enables collaboration, increasing efficiencies, and the ability to manage internal processes and external projects consistently.
Apparo is working with a skilled volunteer team from CapTech Consulting to assess current technology and processes in order to identify a tool that meets their needs and allows the organization to continue efficiently growing.
