Sustain Charlotte advocates for smart growth and transportation solutions to address Charlotte’s growing sustainability challenges.

We met with Operations Manager Beth Suhr and Urban Design Specialist Eric Zaverl to learn about their recent work with Apparo’s Tech Therapy team.

Beth explained, “We had been having some ongoing issues with our website hosting company, and they did not provide the support we needed to overcome this problem. We also realized that we needed help to ensure that we were using best practices for security in other ways across our organization.”

Todd Reavis, Apparo’s Technical Lead, worked with Sustain Charlotte to bolster their cybersecurity practices and recommend vendors through our Expert Link program. Beth shared her appreciation, “Working with Apparo was a breath of fresh air. Everything moved very quickly and comprehensively. It was a game-changer for us. We are so glad Apparo exists and was able to help.”
