Julia Mowry has over 20 years of experience from diverse industries, in technology and business roles from startups to Fortune companies.

At Hayward Industries, she currently has a dual role as the IT Value Realization Leader and as a Global ERP Core Team member leading the OCM and Training digital transformation project. As the Value Realization Leader, this role requires a new way of thinking about measuring and driving business objectives across enterprises. Julia joined Hayward in 2021 as the IT Strategic Business Partner, cultivating a strong partnership with business leaders and key stakeholders, collaborating on developing technology strategy roadmap, business goals and objectives.

Prior to Hayward, Julia had multiple roles in large organizations to startups, from ERP execution, Global Business Program Manager, Product Manager, and launched, Customer Innovation Center Manager, Professional Services and Marketing.

Julia has a passion for technology, innovation, continuous learning, and mentoring. I like challenging assignments to gain new experiences and add value to any organization.
