Suhas Yerra leads General Insurance IT globally for USAA, delivering technology solutions that enable business success. Suhas has been with AIG since February 2016.

Before joining AIG, Suhas served as Senior Vice President and Senior Business Technology Executive for Wholesale Credit and Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. In this role, Suhas led technology strategy and delivery of digital channels, service/fulfillment tools, wholesale credit/loan accounting platforms, investment banker sales tools, and client onboarding automation.

Previously, Suhas was a Managing Director at TIAA-CREF. As Head of Digital Technology, he transformed digital channels serving individual and institutional customers across all business segments: pension, retirement, broker/dealer, mutual funds, hedge funds, 529 plans, retail banking, endowments, and life insurance.

Suhas spent six years at Putnam Investments prior to joining TIAA-CREF and led CRM technology strategy and execution across retail mutual funds, defined contribution, defined benefits, and international businesses. Earlier in his career, he worked in application development, holding leadership roles at IBM Smarter Workforce (formerly Kenexa) and EA Engineering.

Suhas has a Master of Engineering degree from University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
