With close to twenty years of professional experience, Mark brings his unique people-centric approach to Information Technology operations. Mark has worked in non-profit, federal government support, private equity, and financial services Mark served as Enterprise Architect, IT Change Manager, Project Manager, and Solutions Architect. Putting the end-user at the center of solution building, Mark builds sustainable solutions to make work more efficient and effective.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University. Mark enjoys being involved in his community and is currently a volunteer with Apparo, which provides IT consulting/advisement to local non-profits.

He is also a sports fan, motorcycle enthusiast, enjoys working out, the outdoors, and spending time with his family.
