Dave Matthews is the Technology Executive for Enterprise Technology Architecture & Shared Capabilities (ETASC) organization. He also leads the execution of the Solutions Delivery Management (SDM) program.

Prior to this role, Dave was the Global Wholesale Banking Technology Executive for the Global Banking & Markets Technology organization, supporting the Bank’s Commercial, Corporate and Investment Banking clients.

Dave joined Bank of America in June, 2011. Previously, he was the CTO/CIO for Travelocity.com. In this role, Dave managed all aspects of Travelocity’s global technology capabilities.

Prior to his time at Travelocity.com, Dave served as Head of American Express BSDC technology group, based in Canada. Before joining American Express, he spent 18 years at JP Morgan (now JPMorgan Chase & Co.) in London and the U.S. in various technology positions including Senior Technology Managing Director and Head of Technology.
