Through this partnership, Goodwill and Apparo, together with corporate partners, are collaborating to help underemployed and unemployed adults access industry skills and employment supports to become successful IT professionals, and achieve their goals for themselves and their families.
Students receive wraparound services and coaching from Goodwill as they complete intensive IT courses through Goodwill University. (Learn more about Goodwill University course curriculum below.) Apparo furthers their advancement through corporate volunteers, who deliver much-needed social capital by serving as mentors and providing job opportunities.
