Centric Consulting and Duke Energy skilled volunteers are helping to ensure a successful Salesforce implementation for nonprofit Crisis Assistance Ministry Gastonia.
Crisis Assistance Ministry Gastonia (CAMG) partnered with Apparo and a volunteer team to identify a new client and case management system through a Community Impact Project in the summer of 2021. The solution identified was Salesforce. Now, CAMG needs assistance with the implementation and configuration of a Salesforce instance for their organization, including migrating data from their current client management system, Pervasive, to the new Salesforce instance. Apparo has matched them to a volunteer team from Centric Consulting and Duke Energy who will help ensure a successful transition.
The voluteers will review CAMG’s current processes around client/case management and collecting/documenting client data, then implement and configure a Salesforce instance that best meets the needs of the organization. They will also help CAMG identify a Salesforce administrator and provide training for the administrator and other staff, key for long term success and sustainability for the organization.
