Gina Heckl is the Vice President of Technology Business Management at Lowe’s. In this role, she drives the financial and business strategy for Lowe’s technology organization, overseeing business operations, investment management, flex delivery pods, vendor management, the agile center of excellence and engineering acceleration, junior level talent development and talent partnerships.

Since joining Lowe’s in 2014, Gina has taken on roles of increasing scope, including establishing a vendor management service that optimized costs while ensuring accountability. With over 15 years of experience in technology leadership, Gina excels at aligning technology investments with business goals, managing a multi-billion-dollar budget, and delivering strategic priorities.

Gina Heckl leads Lowe’s Office of the CIO, driving collaboration across business and technology teams to deliver innovation and measurable outcomes. A results-driven leader, she excels in operational excellence, talent development, and strategic partnerships.

Outside of the office, Gina enjoys golfing, landscaping, reading, traveling, rooting for the Green Bay Packers, and spending quality time with family.  She received a BA in Computer Science & Business Administration at Ripon College.
