TJ Felice is the VP & Partner of the Charlotte Business Unit for Centric Consulting, which he launched in 2015.  Since launching, the teams has grown to over 35 consultants serving local clients in the financial, healthcare, retail/distribution and manufacturing service industries.

Prior to this role, TJ was the president of a start-up software provider that was ultimately sold to a global hardware manufacturer.

TJ is a longtime volunteer with Apparo as an IT coach and Community Impact Project lead.  He is also the founder of the United Way Young Leaders and a member of the Matthews Help Center Board.

In his free time, TJ enjoys camping, hiking and learning to play the guitar.
