Bank of America kicks off Tech Foundations Education cohort for their second year adding an artificial intelligence (AI) workshop to the agenda.

Apparo, in partnership with Bank of America‘s Technology Foundations program is featuring a 4-part educational workshop series to help nonprofit teams overcome tech-related and business process challenges. In addition to workshops, nonprofits will be matched with a skilled technology mentor who will provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the program.

- Tech Essentials 101 Workshop: An Overview of Key Concepts and Tools
- This workshop is designed to provide nonprofit participants with a broad understanding of essential concepts and tools in technology. In this workshop, participants will gain knowledge on the basic technology components, be introduced to the basics of technology infrastructure, cloud collaboration, and technology planning and policies, explore essential concepts in cybersecurity, including different types of cybersecurity threats, such as malware and phishing and how to protect themselves against these threats, and gain knowledge on essential tools and resources for nonprofit organizations.
